This is my personal experience with treating PCOS with Metformin. Have in mind that this may not be a suitable treatment for everyone. Consult your Dr if you’re interested in trying it. I forgot to mention in the video that even when you’re on Metformin you should still maintain a healthy low carb diet. That will give you the best results.
